All purchase and preview orders are sent 2nd Day Ground (except Alaska and Hawaii). You can expedite any shipment for an additional charge.
Rentals are shipped via 2-day Air to arrive a few days before your scheduled training. Video Training, Inc takes great care in processing all orders; however mistakes can occur. It is important that you check this shipment immediately. In the event that the program arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 30 days to assure proper credit may be given. To do so, simply call Video Training, Inc at 1-800-600-1555. Returns If the program you purchased is damaged upon receipt, we will gladly send you a replacement, provided you report the defective product within 30 days. |
